PannaPDF is free to use during the launch period. All tools are available without charge. We may introduce paid tiers in the future, but free functionality will always be available.

2. Your Files, Your Property

Your files remain your property at all times. We claim no ownership over any documents you process through PannaPDF. We do not access, read, or share your documents except as necessary to provide the requested service (e.g., e-signature delivery).

3. Browser-Based Processing

Core tools process files entirely in your browser. Files are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a server-side feature (e.g., sending a document for e-signature).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload malicious files, attempt to circumvent usage limits, use the service for illegal purposes, or reverse engineer the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI Features

AI features are powered by third-party APIs. AI responses may not be perfectly accurate. Do not rely on AI analysis for legal, medical, or financial decisions without professional verification.

6. E-Signatures

PannaPDF e-signatures are intended for general business use. They may not be legally binding in all jurisdictions. For critical legal documents, consult with a legal professional about electronic signature requirements in your jurisdiction.

7. Service Provided As-Is

PannaPDF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
